How do you handle international shipments?
All our orders are shiped from our warehouse located in the United States of America. Orders from outside the U.S. are possible. Respective shipping costs (as outlined in the cart) apply. All international orders are shiped using Incoterm DAP, which means that costs for import and duty may apply based on your local laws and import directives. Please refer to the next questions for more details.
Are there additional costs related to orders from outside the USA?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States of America. If you order from outside the U.S. additional costs can occure during the import process in your country. Based on your local laws and regulation you may receive a seperate invoice for VAT (Value-Added-Tax) and/or duty charges.
How do you treat my personal data related to online orders?
How do you ship my order?
All our orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once we ship your order you will receive the tracking number by seperate eMail. Domestic US orders will take 3-5 days for delivery, international shipment will take 5-10 days.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, products can be returned according to the return Policy of WhizRider. Please go to our WARRENTY page for more details.
